When receiving the confirmation
of your booking, you have a binding agreement with the owner under the
condition that the owner forthwith receives the agreed rent.
If the booking is made more than 75 days
prior to the arrival date you have to prepay US$ 1000.- The balance of the
rental fee is due 75 days prior to the arrival date. Arriving at the house,
the owner’s representative will welcome you to the house and give you
proper instructions, the keys to the house etc. – and you will pass a cash
deposit of US$ 250.- to her as security for eventual damages. The said
deposit will be returned upon your departure in full – if no damages.
In the event that the
above terms of payment are not complied with, the owner will send a
reminder after which the owner is free to rent out the house to any third
party.
If cancellation is made
more than 75 days prior to the arrival date you will have your money back,
apart from an administration fee of US$ 200. Any later cancellation will
result in forfeiture of the entire rent. In this case the owners are
obliged to do their best to provide other possible tenants to take over the
vacant period. If successful the tenants will get back their payment in
full less an administration fee of USD 500.-
