The house is located 5 minutes drive from the airport and only 15 minutes drive from GGT. The Mermaid House is app. 2000 sq. feet and has a wrap-around porch of 1,700 sq.feet. The deck facing the ocean has direct access to the beach. The Mermaid House has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Scandinavian style interior. It has 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms and 2 exterior showers. The house sleeps 6(8) people. Two master bedrooms with large walk-in closets. Both master bedrooms open up to the deck and offer magnificent views over the ocean and the adjacent cays and one additional bedroom with cabinets and French door to the wrap-around deck. King size beds in all three bedrooms (cribs and toddler beds for kids). One bathroom with bathtub and shower and one with a shower cabin - both bathrooms have two sinks. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Large open extremely well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area with high ceilings and access directly to the deck with panoramic view over the beach, ocean and adjacent cays. The dining table seats 8-10. Comfortable living area with double sleeping couch, arm chairs, cable TV, DVD, stereo with MP3 connection and DSL wireless internet access. The kitchen also has a "kitchen-island". The house also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, toilet and a sink. Next to the house there is a shed with an extra fridge/freezer, 2 barbeques, and toys for the water - snorkelling gear a.o. - and in front of the house towards the sea you will find 2 great twin sea kayaks - so both inside and outside you will have a wonderful time.
