Home	Just outside The Mermaid House you will find miles of incredible sandy beaches and clear turqoise waters. 300 yards down the beach is a fantastic coral reef with lots of beautiful coloured fish - the reef offers easy off the beach snorkeling. The Exumas are one of the most spectacular places in all of the Bahamas to dive, and there are professional dive operators on the island. The island offers bonefishing and deepsea-fishing. Great opportunities for boating and kayaking. Rent a car, a scooter, or a bike and explore the island. In addition, tennis and golf can be enjoyed on the island. A Greg Norman golf-course located only 10-15 minutes from The Mermaid House is really worth while a visit – it is probably on one of the most beautiful locations in the world.
